With oscillating mobile elements suitable for the separation of tobacco, falling on a fast conveyor belt. The mobile element section is completed by a hopper loader with shaped plates to conduct the product to the drain. An inclined belt pours into the Final Module.
Hopper loader in which adjustable oscillating mobile elements evenly spread tobacco leaves onto the conveyor belt. The belt consists of an initial inclined section followed by a horizontal section that ends in a second conveyor belt. The wheeled conveyor belt has an alternating rectilinear movement that allows unloading of tobacco leaves uniformly into a large bin for drying.
The bin is turned over a rail trolley by a special hydraulics and then positioned for the loading. In this position the bin is weighed by a programmable electronic scale, interfaced with the loading belt to full all the bins with equal weight.
There are 2 possible configurations for use:
Configuration 1: Final Module
It is composed by the only Final Module, the load is executed with the help of mechanical pliers.
Config. 2: Initial Module+Intermediate M.+Final M.
Putting the Initial Module and the Intermediate Module before the Configuration 1 the system is complete, in this way it is possible to use every kind of trolley to feed the machine. In this case, manual interference with the product is not possible.

production quantities. Another advantage is that, thanks to the
Automatic Station, the tobacco leaves do not suffer damage due to intermediate steps in the passage from
the earth to the drying bin.
This characteristic allows increased product quality and reduced labour costs in comparison with other systems in use. Bins are available in various formats, making them very versatile. Moreover, the programmable weighing system and the adjustable speeds of all the devices allow adaptation of the machine to any job specific requirements. This equipment can be used for other leaf products.
Based on the SACCT 3000, it works in much the same way. The machine utilizes oscillating mobile elements inside the hopper loader for the separation of the tobacco leaves, whilst in the exit a reversible belt allows alternate filling of two different cases for the packaging of the frame.
It has been created to satisfy the requirements of clients who have the equipment for the mechanical harvest but still prefer to use the classical frames with their kilns for drying.
Concerning the product quality and its working characteristics, it has the same advantages of the plant SACCT 3000.
Module N.C.T. emo
Basic model tipper, Lacks some features of the higher range models . It has the same advantages as the other tippers.
It is suitable for producers who have limited space for packing and for small productions.
Module A.R.C. f
Based on the plant SACCT 3000, it works in much the same way. The machine utilizes oscillating mobile elements in the hopper loader for the separation of tobacco leaves, whilst in the exit>, in place of a conveyor belt, it has further oscillating mobile elements which uniformly distribute the tobacco leaves inside the bin.
It can be loaded with mechanical pliers.
Concerning the product quality and its working characteristics, it has the same advantages of the plant SACCT 3000. Suitable for small/medium scale productions.
Module N.C.C. emo
It is composed of a load bearing chassis with two hydraulic dumping plates and two sliding rails at either end. In the centre of the chassis there are 4 weighing cells, connected to an electronic display. Two translating trolleys for bins.
Besides being able to use moving bins of different dimensions, this equipment can be applied to every kind of packaging machine without any modification. Thanks to its ease of use it is possible to considerably reduce processing times, staff, and consequently, production costs.
The empty bin, after being placed on the plates, is tipped over the translating trolley and pushed in loading position, resting on the weighing system. Once reached the programmed weight, the bin is brought back to the plates and tipped over again. These operations are carried out alternatively on the left and on the right side.
Module A.R.C. s
Consists of a 5 metres long and 1.3 metres wide conveyor belt, with a roller device at the end. Between the roller (made of a special material) and the belt, there is an adjustable distance scale which allows the discharge of fine particles and dust, while the selected product is transported into the cardboard packaging. The belt is positioned on a wheeled structure to allow removal.
The dried tobacco is unloaded onto the belt. Two operators at the sides sort the product, discarding inappropriate leaves. In the end the device separates fine particles and dust, and the selected leaves are deposited inside the cardboard packaging.
It iconsists of a 5 metres long and 1.3 metres wide conveyor belt, with a roller device at the end. The transversal belt, equipped with converter, leads the selected product to boxes positioned in the ends, which are alternatively filled. The dried tobacco is unloaded on the belt. Two operators at the sides sort the product, discarding inappropriate leaves, while in the ends the device separates fine particles and dust. Then, the selected leaves fall on the transversal belt.
Elimination of downtime.
Consisting of a conveyor belt with adjustable inclination and speeds and a level reel with adjustable height considering the sliding plane of the product. The green tobacco is loaded on the belt which transports it to the drying bin. Incorporating the level reel which turns in the opposite way to the product direction, the machine distributes the tobacco uniformly along the length of the conveyor belt. In this way, at the point of unloading, the equal distribution in the bin is achieved. The adjustable level reel allows the user to vary the amount of the processed product.
